As promised, my strawberry ornaments have ripened and are ready for picking!
If you're new to my blog, these are Victorian style Crazy Quilt Strawberry Ornaments. Small pieces of fabric are randomly pieced to a foundation fabric and then hand embroidered with fancy stitches and beadwork along with other pretty embellishments. I hand painted vintage crocheted doilies for the strawberry tops and added new and vintage flowers along with a ribbon for hanging.
Picking Strawberries can be done here.
If anyone would prefer to make their own, I have an instructional booklet for making your own Crazy Quilt Strawberry Ornaments at Magcloud.
