Spring Lady Purse Continued
More embellishing to share with you today. Here's an update on my Spring Lady Crazy Quilt purse:
I'm experimenting with Blackwork style fill in patterns on my crazy quilt pieces. Here's a closeup of that:
You'll be seeing more and more of this in my upcoming projects. And yes, there will be a book!

I never thought of using Blackwork patterns-good idea.

That's an interesting bit of blackwork! It looks like you've also embellished it? You've been busy making lots of pretty things, Pam.
I've often wondered why 'blackwork' is generally black - why can't it be any colour and using it in CQ is brilliant.
