Back To Crazy

I've been working on some needle felted brooches for Halloween.  I have them all finished now and will have photos over the weekend.

Now that I have those done, I'm ready to get back to crazy quilting.  These are 2 little Halloween blocks that I sewed up yesterday:

The little cross stitch pieces in the centers are from my Elegant Cross Stitch Sentiments For Crazy Quilting Book.  I stitched the little pieces first on cross stitch fabric and then pieced them into the blocks.

I've been little by little updating all the tabs at the top of my blog.  I updated my Kitty and Me on Etsy tab.  Not done yet but I'll get there.  And I updated the Crazy Quilt Resources tab with more links.  If you have any links that you want me to add, just email them to me and I'll get them listed over the weekend.  I still have a long way to go on the Crazy Quilt Resources so please check it regularly.

I also moved my Recipes list over to the side bar.  If you haven't checked out my recipes, please do so.  There's a lot of nice things to try.

New Etsy Banner for Christmas

Before I can do anymore stitching, I need to get to my sewing machine and piece a few things.  I'd like to make a few small crazy quilt Christmas ornaments for my Etsy store.  But I always have a bunch of what I call "dumb stuff" to do!  I'm trying to get some of that dumb stuff out of my way so I can just settle in for the Winter and stitch until Spring comes.  I still have some yard work to do but everytime I have the time to do it, it rains!

For now, I thought I'd share the new Etsy Banner that Jason did for me with a Christmas theme.  I asked him to do something classic and I think he did a great job!  Here it is:

New Items From Kitty and Me

I'm just about done with my peacock purse.  I'll have an update for ya'll tomorrow.

Embroidered Snowman Pillow

I had a lot of computer work to do today so I'm running a little late on my blog post!  I have some finishes to share today.  First, one of my cat dolls:

Anyway, I finished my Embroidered Snowman Pillow too:

I really love the snowman!  I almost hate to part with him!
