The February Colorful Cat is done:
For now, I'm trying to get Kitty And Me back on track. My paperwork got all messed up so I'm working on getting things back in order with that. I wasn't able to do much designing over the past few years so I'm planning out some new designs as well.
This is January. Don't you love those shades of blue!!!
Thought I'd share my current stitching projects:
First, I started on this beautiful Cornucopia by Kooler Designs Studio awhile back:
I had to hoped to complete it by Thanksgiving but I'm not sure that will happen. I'm still in slow motion on some things. Still winding down from everything and I get tired sooner than normal. I just had to run on adrenaline for so long, taking care of mom and dad and the house, it's going to take awhile to settle down guess.I started on this little Crazy Quilt block yesterday:
The little cross stitch owl is a freebie from Shannon Christine Designs. She has some really pretty patterns.
I'd like to get back to some of the vintage iron-embroidery patterns too. I have a huge collection of those charming little patterns, including mom's now. I want to get back to using them.
But, one thing at a time!
I'm thinking come Spring, I might adopt another little Russian Blue cat. I miss my Bleubird so much, I still can't believe I lost him at only 11 years sold. The Russian Blue cats have amazing personalities and characteristics.
If I do adopt another little one, I will name him Sherman after the Sherman family line on my mom's side. I spent so much time on that line of the family and I'm still working on it! They moved around back in the 1800's more than we do now! Anyway, I thought Sherman would be a cool name.
I can only upload 5 digital files to Etsy so you will have to check your Etsy messages for a message from me containing a link where you can download all 12 patterns. Please give me 24 hours to send that message.
I've uploaded a new Free Christmas pattern to the Freebie list!
This cute little birdie with holly and berries would be a sweet little Baby's First Christmas ornament!Download the Bird And Holly Cross Stitch Freebie here.

Slowly trying to get back to some sort of routine. I just did a new Colorful Cat for Christmas and redesigned my leaflet cover. What do ya'll think? This will be available soon. Watch my Kitty And Me Etsy shop.
I don't have any stitching to share at the moment, but I thought you would enjoy my little visitors. These are wild turkeys:
They take their little stroll thru the neighborhood around 8:00 am and then sometimes another one around 4:00 in the afternoon.
They eat the bird seed that falls to ground from my feeders.
