Crazy Quilting - Marie Antoinette Crazy Quilt Block #5 Completed!

It's been a snowy, icky day here.  I thought it best to stay inside and finish up stitching on Block #5 of my Marie Antoinette Crazy Quilt:
I am so pleased with how that fan worked out on the block!  Perfect for the center of this quilt!

If you're new to my blog, the Marie Antoinette themed Crazy Quilt will consist of 9 blocks, each are 9 inches square.  Here are the first 4:

I'll start on Block #6 in a few days.  For now, I feel like doing some simple old fashioned embroidery!

Gretings from Queensland Australia! My name is Charlotte and I have just started to read your blog. I am gobsmacked at your beautiful crazy quilting! The Marie Antoinette blocks are stunning! I am getting in contact with my cousin, who is a quilter, to see if she knows anyone in our town who teaches or does crazy quilting. You have inspired me! I am crafty/creative but I cannot seem to settle into one hobby plus I wish I had a nice quiet spare room where I can set up all my crafty materials so I can sit down and make something! Thank you for sharing your beautful creations!
